She artfully uses various modalities like NLP, Symbology based counselling, Suitable behaviour enhancing workshops, Reiki, Switchwords, Tarot & Oracle Cards, Flowers, Crystals, Hypnosis, Yoga, Deep see meditations, Healing dance, Chakra healing, Spiritual discourses  and Natural remedies.

Some of these signature training programmes are on personal success, realization of your goals and dormant abilities, awakening your spiritual consciousness to co-create your life with the universe, dealing with fears, indecision & situations, financial health and many more.

3) Saptarishi Gyan

It is a platform to create a team of formidable change leaders. Through this programme all interested change leaders in the field of personal, mental and spiritual development are groomed and provided consultancy, which enables them to achieve their personal and professional goals. It is a step towards creating a world of leaders who are mentally and spiritually sound and they believe in the cause of helping people become better and happier.

4) Spiritual Retreats & Workshops –We call our retreats ‘Saptarishi Retreat’ 

Ongoing spiritual retreats and workshops are planned. Members can sign up based on personal preferences. These workshops and retreats are conducted either for a day or for a period of a few days in Delhi NCR or in places like Rishikesh, Varanasi and others.

Intense spiritual dialogues, vedic lessons, sessions, meditations, interaction with motivational speakers, chakra healing and many life enriching experiences are part of these retreats.
